Learning Domains

Language and Literacy (English & Malay)

Expose children to meaningful activities such as role playing, singing, rhyming and reading so as to promote children’s interactive skills in speaking, listening, reading & writing.

Aesthetics and Creative expression

Allows children to express themselves freely, as they play, explore, refine ideas and feelings through dance, music and art.

Numeracy

Use of manipulative, pictures and symbols to enable children to notice relationships between sets and groups of things to be sorted, counted, shared and represented.

Discovery of the world

Early foundations to recognise, make observations and express views about their immediate surroundings.

Motor Skills Development

Psycho-motor activities, games, playground, structured play using blocks, puzzles and other manipulative play.

Self and Social Awareness

Develop socially and morally acceptable behaviour and values.

Projects

Children will be engaged in at least one project per semester. The main aim is to develop cooperative learning through group work.

Other Activities

including Field Trips, Excursions, Sports Day, Hari Raya Functions, Children’s Day Celebration, Racial Harmony Day and etc.

Values in Education

Love and respect for the family, self and country. Hafalan of Surah Lazim, stories from the Quran, introduction to Arabic letters, Daily etiquettes, etc.
